Mrs. Marina Rogachov
Founder
Marina Rogachov brings over two decades of expertise in product management and UX leadership to her role as founder of UX Globus, with deep experience in developing enterprise SaaS solutions.
Her journey began in academia as a Human Factors expert at the University of Haifa and Technion, before transitioning to UX design in 2004 where she contributed to prominent companies including Aman UI & Design, PTC, and Kenshoo.
Following an award-winning tenure as a product manager at Perfecto and a UX design role at ServiceNow, she has most recently distinguished herself at Torii, earning recognition for exceptional performance. Her academic foundation combines psychology, linguistics, and human factors engineering, complemented by a professional certification in product management.
